We had originally planned to visit Cedar Breaks, but after we checked in we found out that Cedar Breaks won't open until at least the end of May... So as far as location, it would be great had we been able to do it. Also planned on visiting Kolob Canyons, but most of the park was closed due to a sink hole in the main road. The property is very convenient and close to the highway, but very quiet, and comfy. Staff was great, and breakfast was very good. If you are familiar with HIE breakfasts, this is standard.

The breakfast was good. You had the option of a hot prepared meal of scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausage, and hot self-made pancakes. There was also a selection of pastries and warm cinnamon rolls. There were 3 types of juice available and hot coffee and tea.

This is a great property and location. There is a trail nearby for walking dogs and the room is spacious with plenty of space for us and our pooch. The breakfast was good with a decent variety of offerings.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and were upgraded to a jaquzzi suite. Close to hwy easy on and off lots of restaurants close by.

It was a nice building to be expected of a Holiday Inn Express Hotel. Very convenient for our two night stay — stopover for one night on the way to Breckinridge and return). The facility was clean. Comfortable room and nice beds. The staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great for our purpose.

Nice staff the location was great and very clean .The price was far. The overall experience was great. The only problem was the location of my room. I requested a handicap and they put me on the 3rd floor at the end. And I have walking issues so that was a bit much but other than that, everything else was Clean and nice and very quiet.

Faciliry and staff were outstanding. Top marks for accommodating and catering to our dog. It was her first time away from home, and the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. We'll definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The location was close to plenty of restaurants. The staff was very pleasant and enjoyed interacting with our dogs.

It was a convenient place to stay for one night to experience the Utah Shakespeare Festival.

Great bed and shower! Lots of selections at breakfast and our room was very clean. Location is right off the freeway, so very convenient!. Thanks for a great stay!
